Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Brewton, Alabama. You will evaluate patients, design personalized rehab plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team in a high-demand setting.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise and injury prevention.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately in medical records.
