Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 4-week assignment in Anniston, Alabama. You will evaluate patients, design rehab plans, and deliver evidence-based treatment in collaboration with a clinical team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) required.
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients using standardized tests and history to identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs to meet patient goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations and outcomes accurately in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise and prevention strategies.
