Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Birmingham, Alabama. The PT will evaluate and treat patients across hospital, clinic, and rehabilitation settings, delivering evidence-based care within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy is preferred.
• New grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Maintain documentation of evaluations and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians for coordinated care.
• Ensure infection control and patient safety during treatments.
