Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing seeks a travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in Indianapolis, Indiana. The 13-week contract includes 40 hours per week with day shifts and an opportunity to work with a top healthcare client.

Applicants must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE, must have graduated from an accredited program, and possess at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience.
• Current state license or in process for licensure as PT.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Develop and administer treatment programs with goals set per patient capacity.
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families.
• Develop plans of care and provide skilled PT services per physician orders.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to meet patient goals.
