Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Document evaluations, interventions and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and other care teams for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise and safety.
