Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Macomb, MI. This travel role offers 40 hours per week in a day shift and requires licensure and BLS.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care. Ideal candidates hold a valid Physical Therapy license, are proficient in English, and can work in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifikationen

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
• New grads welcome to apply; other certifications may be required.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on findings.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate and maintain PT equipment and modalities safely.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and prevention.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards during sessions.
• Engage in quality assurance and professional development activities.
• Assist with discharge planning for community or home settings.
• Perform other duties within scope of practice.
