Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Burlington, CO. The role offers 40 hours per week in a hospital, clinic, or rehabilitation setting, with an ASAP start and comprehensive benefits.

The PT will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients, developing personalized, evidence-based plans to improve mobility and reduce pain. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and ongoing professional development are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in accordance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) is required.
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy is preferred; new grads welcome to apply and other licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ conditions and develop personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Provide and document treatment sessions to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and safety during recovery.
• Maintain safety and infection control standards and document outcomes.
