Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Bemidji, Minnesota. The PT should have at least 6 months of experience; exceptional candidates with relevant background may be considered for 6 months of experience. Travel duties include supervising staff, handling documentation, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

The position requires a 13-week assignment, 40 hours per week, with 8-hour days. BLS and state licensure are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of PT experience.
• BLS certification and active state licensure required.
• Willingness to travel, with 13-week assignment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise PTAs and support staff.
• Bill within the setting following facility guidelines.
• Comply with the PT board's rules and state regulations.
• Coordinate with Medical Center staff and physicians for plan of care.
• Understand adaptive equipment and use as needed.
• Evaluate and create a plan of care; adjust as patient condition changes.
• Use hospital computer systems for daily tasks.
• Provide timely, accurate documentation per state/insurance rules.
