Cross Country Allied is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist in Bemidji, Minnesota for a 13-week assignment. You will evaluate and treat adult patients in an acute hospital setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires Minnesota PT licensure and BLS certification, with EPIC EMR experience highly preferred. Schedule is days, 8 hours per day, with 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minnesota PT licensure required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.
• Minimum 1 year acute care hospital experience in past 3 years.
• EPIC EMR experience highly preferred.
• Willingness to cross-train to SNF for intermittent coverage.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat adult patients in an acute hospital setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
• Document patient care using EPIC EMR.
• Manage patients with deconditioning, joint replacements, ortho and neuro conditions.
