American Traveler is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Bemidji, Minnesota, in an acute care hospital setting. Expect 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts, for 13 weeks starting 10/19/2026. Openings: 1.

The assignment uses EPIC EMR and may require holiday coverage. Requirements include BLS-AHA certification, Minnesota state PT license, education as required by licensure, and a valid driver's license where applicable.

Qualifications

• BLS-AHA certification required.
• MN state Physical Therapist license required.
• Education level required in accordance with state licensure.
• Valid driver's license may be required when applicable.

Responsabilités

• Provide outpatient physical therapy in an acute care setting.
• Document patient information and progress per regulatory guidelines.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.
• Evaluate, treat, and adjust therapy plans to promote mobility and reduce pain.
• Maintain EPIC EMR documentation and billing records as required.
• Follows all facility safety and clinical guidelines.
