Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized PT rehabilitation programs.
• Document evaluations and treatment outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety.
• Maintain safety and infection control during therapy sessions.
