Job summary

Aggreko is seeking a Major Project Travel Technician - Power Generator, home-based in the US with up to 75% travel. You will install, service and repair generators and associated equipment across diverse projects, from events to refinery turnarounds.

You must have 8+ years of generator experience, read electrical schematics, and adhere to safety standards. Aggreko offers training, a travel allowance, and a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 8+ years of experience working on power generators.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and service manuals.
• Certifications in Electrical Generating Systems are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, service and repair Aggreko generators and related equipment on Major Projects or in service centers.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and calculate kW requirements.
• Read schematics and manuals and maintain safety compliance per OSHA/EPA.
