Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a registered nurse for a Mother Baby/Postpartum assignment in Texas with a 13-week tenure and night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Active TX or compact RN license and current BLS/NRP are required, plus 1 year of related experience.

Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; housing allowances and travel arrangements are part of the offering.

Qualifications

• Active TX or compact RN license required.
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted).
• Current NRP certification (Advanced 9th Edition) from the American Academy of Pediatrics.
• 1 year of recent experience in Mother Baby/Postpartum nursing required.
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Women's Services - Postpartum unit in a hospital setting.
• 13-week assignment.
• Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Provide postpartum nursing care to mothers and newborns.
• Must reside outside a 50 mile radius of the facility; local candidates will not be considered.
