Mother Baby Registered Nurse jobs in Rapid City, SD let you provide compassionate care to mothers and newborns in a supportive, fast‑paced hospital environment. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for both mother and baby, monitor for post‑birth complications, and educate new parents on infant care. Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is expected.

You must have completed an approved nursing education program and hold a current South Dakota RN license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is required within 60 days of hire. Experience in mother baby or postpartum care is preferred, and 5 or more years of RN experience or a bachelor’s degree in nursing is recommended.

Strong teamwork, independent judgment, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic setting are essential.
