Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring Team Members to provide exceptional customer service, stock and clean locations, and prepare a variety of food items for travelers across our network of travel plazas. You will operate the POS system, process payments accurately, handle cash, follow food safety procedures, rotate stock, and support customers with a friendly, helpful attitude.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to interact with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle varied duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and stock/clean areas.
• Operate POS, process payments accurately, and follow cash handling policies.
• Prepare and serve quality food, wrap, label and store products as needed.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products, and maintain product knowledge.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
