Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Team Member to deliver outstanding customer service, clean and stock the store, process payments accurately, and help prepare and serve quality food to travelers.

You will operate the POS system, follow cash handling policies, maintain product freshness, and support in other duties to meet traveler needs; flexible schedules and employee benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and engage with travelers in a friendly, energetic manner.
• Operate POS system, process payments accurately, and follow cash-handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking, storing and temperature checks.
• Assist with kitchen tasks including prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging and cleaning.
• Stock, clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to increase sales.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Adhere to brand standards, food safety requirements and company policies.
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
