Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a friendly Team Member to deliver outstanding customer service, stock and stock prep, and handle quality food preparation and transactions at our travel plazas.

You will operate the POS system, ensure proper food handling, upsell products, and maintain knowledge of store offerings. Flexible scheduling including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is available.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and assist Travelers.
• Operate POS system, process payments accurately and follow cash handling policies.
• Handle food preparation, wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen-related tasks including prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging and cleaning.
• Stock, clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and upsell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Follow brand standards and company policies; perform other tasks as assigned.
