Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in Howell Township, NJ is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain clean and stocked stations, process payments accurately, and help in preparing and serving quality food for travelers.

You'll work as part of a fast-paced team, handle POS transactions, follow food safety and brand standards, and support various duties as needed. Flexible schedules and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while engaging with travelers.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen tasks including prep, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services in the plaza.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
