Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in New Jersey is seeking Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service, keep the plaza clean and stocked, and process payments accurately for travelers.

You will operate the POS system, follow cash handling procedures, and assist in food preparation and service while maintaining safety standards and brand guidelines. Flexible scheduling is available to support travel needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure food handling procedures are followed, including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking temperatures.
• Assist with kitchen tasks such as prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
