Applegreen USA is hiring Team Members for our Welcome Centers across the New Jersey area. You will deliver friendly customer service, handle payments at the POS, assist in food prep, stocking, and maintaining clean, safe work areas. Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the travel-plaza Welcome Center.
• Operate the POS system, process payments accurately, and follow cash handling policies.
• Prepare and serve quality food, stock, clean and sanitize work areas.
• Assist in packing, wrapping, labeling and food safety checks as needed.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products; maintain product knowledge.
• Adhere to brand standards and company policies; perform additional duties as assigned.
