Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers is seeking a Team Member to provide exceptional customer service, handle transactions accurately, and assist with food preparation and stocking at our New Jersey travel plazas. You will ensure clean, safe, and welcoming environments for travelers and contribute to a fast-paced retail operation.

Responsibilities include operating the POS, processing payments, following food safety standards, and actively cross-selling products.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the travel plaza.
• Thoroughly clean and stock the store and prep areas.
• Process payments accurately using the POS system and follow cash handling policies.
• Prepare and serve quality food and maintain food safety practices.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to travelers.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services offered in the plaza.
• Adhere to brand standards and company policies.
