Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in Clyde, OH is seeking a Dunkin' Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service, handle transactions, and assist in food preparation and service at the Commodore Perry Travel Plaza.

The role requires standing for long periods, flexibility including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and adherence to safety and brand guidelines. Previous service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system, process payments accurately, and follow cash handling policies.
• Prepare and serve quality food following food safety standards.
• Stock, clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Follow brand standards and company policies and procedures.
• Execute a variety of other tasks as assigned.
