Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in Clyde, OH is seeking a Dunkin Team Member to join our busy travel plaza team. You will deliver friendly service, handle transactions, and help keep the front of house clean and well stocked.

This full-time position requires availability for days, evenings, weekends and holidays. We offer a range of benefits and an opportunity to grow with a nationwide network of travel plazas.

Qualifications

• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to travelers at the plaza.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) system and process payments accurately.
• Follow food safety, labeling, dating, rotation and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen tasks: prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and upsell products as appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services offered at the plaza.
• Adhere to brand standards and company policies.
