Qualifications

• Experience in cash handling and customer service required.
• Preferred experience as a shift supervisor or in a leadership role.
• Ability to interact positively with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities of team members during a shift.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures according to policies.
• Operate POS system and follow cash handling procedures.
• Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed.
• Assist in training new team members.
