Applegreen is hiring a Retail Store Team Member for the Middle Ridge Travel Plaza. You will deliver friendly customer service, operate the POS, and assist with food preparation and stocking to meet travelers’ needs.

Responsibilities include processing payments accurately, upholding safety and brand standards, and supporting daily store operations. Flexible scheduling and ongoing team support are offered.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and handle transactions.
• Operate POS system, process payments accurately, follow cash-handling policies.
• Prepare and serve quality food and stock, maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Follow brand standards and safety procedures.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
