Applegreen seeks a General Manager for a quick service restaurant inside a travel plaza on a major highway. You will lead day-to-day operations, drive profitability, and ensure brand standards, food safety, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing a team, budgets, labor and inventory, hiring, coaching, and collaborating with partners. A flexible schedule and growth opportunities are offered, with ServSafe preferred and 2+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the QSR to meet sales, speed of service, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintain budgets, inventory, labor costs, and gross profit; ensure reporting accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, food safety, policies and applicable laws.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a strong team; oversee hiring and performance management.
• Collaborate with Brand Partners, HR, Loss Prevention and maintenance teams to support operations.
