The Travel Plaza Coordinator is responsible for tracking customer inquiries and responses, action items, events, insurance renewals, financial data, and other contractual requirements, and assists in ensuring the Concessionaire’s compliance with all contractual requirements. Duties and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to the following:
This position will report directly to the Travel Plaza Administrator or other designated official. The current vacancy is located in Baltimore, MD. Hybrid telework schedules may be available for this position. This position may require extensive walking during inspections.
