Job summary

Sabre is seeking a Delivery Specialist to join the global Customer Delivery team. You will lead onboarding and migration of travel agencies to Sabre's core platforms, guiding them through technical configurations and platform conversion.

This role requires strong problem-solving, project discipline, and proactive leadership of agency partners. You will validate requirements, install Sabre products, support testing, and design targeted training programs, while collaborating with regional teams to

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on GDS experience (Sabre preferred) with end-to-end travel workflows, troubleshooting, APIs and Web Services.
Minimum 3 years managing technical implementations, customer-facing consulting and solution design in travel.
Proven track record delivering customer training programs and supporting on-site/virtual help; able to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead customer conversion projects end to end, defining scope with client and account teams and ensuring on-time delivery of technical tasks.
Validate agency requirements, install and configure standard Sabre products, and support integration testing.
Design customized training programs and provide virtual, onsite and floor-walking assistance for platform adoption.
Build strong agency relationships and manage change with empathy during workflow transitions.
Collaborate across regional teams to streamline delivery processes using automation and modern tools.
