Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Travel Planning Assistant – Destination Weddings to support our lead travel advisors and clients throughout the wedding planning process. In this role, you will assist with researching destinations, coordinating guest travel, managing documentation, and handling key logistics for group bookings. This is a remote, support-focused role ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning and coordination of group travel for destination weddings
Assist with researching venues, resorts, and group rates for potential destinations
Communicate with wedding guests to confirm travel details and respond to questions
Track payments, booking deadlines, and guest lists for assigned wedding groups
Prepare and organize itineraries, invoices, and confirmations
Coordinate with travel vendors and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely bookings
Maintain accurate records and support lead travel advisors with administrative tasks
Requirements:
Experience in customer service, event coordination, or administrative support preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic computer skills and ability to use spreadsheets, email, and online forms
Ability to manage multiple client requests and prioritize effectively
Must be 18 years or older with a reliable internet connection and personal computer
Interest in the travel or wedding planning industry is a plus
