Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is actively seeking a travel PICU RN for a 14-week assignment in Aurora, CO. The role focuses on advanced pediatric critical care, including ventilators, hemodynamic monitoring, and high-acuity care. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement complex care plans and ensure patient safety.

Required is 1 year of PICU experience, an active RN license, and BLS plus PALS/ENPC. Preferred ACLS and CCRN credentials may enhance opportunities within the program.

Qualifications

• One year of PICU RN experience required.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• BLS on file; PALS or ENPC certification to be current.

Responsibilities

• Explain procedures to patients and families to ensure understanding.
• Administer medications and treatments per pediatric protocols.
• Operate advanced equipment and assist physicians during procedures.
• Monitor patient conditions and notify physicians of changes.
• Document histories and assessments in medical records.
