Job summary

TotalMed is seeking a travel PICU RN for a 13‑week assignment in Aurora, Colorado. Start date 01/19/2027. Work 36 hours per week on 12‑hour night shifts. Travel status with responsibilities across pediatric critical care and collaboration with the care team.

The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years of acute care experience, current BLS, PALS, and ACLS certification, and a commitment to high‑quality pediatric care.

Qualifications

• BLS, PALS, ACLS required.
• 2+ years of recent acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes.
• Follow continuous cardiac/respiratory monitor readings and report changes.
• Assist with IV insertion and catheterizations as needed.
• Operate and monitor pediatric ICU equipment including ventilators.
• Support physicians during examinations, treatments and procedures.
