- One year of PICU RN experience required.
- Valid RN license in good standing.
- Current BLS certification.
- PALS or ENPC certification.
Responsabilidades
- Provide advanced care for critically ill pediatric patients in a high-acuity setting.
- Administer meds and treatments per pediatric protocols.
- Operate ventilators and hemodynamic monitors; assist physicians.
- Monitor vital signs and respond to changes promptly.
- Educate patients and families; document in medical records.
