Responsibilities

• Demonstrates NM values in daily work and interactions.
• Provides direct patient care and participates in teaching and department processes.
• Assists as a role model for therapists and interns in clinical activities.
• Uses effective service recovery and communicates with patients and teammates.
• Completes daily notes reflecting treatment response and discharge planning.
• Collaborates with PT to manage care from initial contact to discharge and documents accordingly.
