Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
• BLS from American Heart Association upon hire.
• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates NM values of teamwork, patient first, integrity, and excellence daily.
• Provides direct patient care and educational materials.
• Completes daily notes and documents patient progress in EMR.
• Collaborates with PTs, nurses, and other staff to optimize outcomes.
• Uses effective service recovery and communicates with patients and families.
