Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Billings, MT. The PT will assess patients, administer therapy, and document care per the plan and physician orders.

Position includes weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and standard travel staffing support. Candidate should have PT licensure in state and CPR as applicable.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
• One year of prior professional Physical Therapy experience preferred
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and provide therapy services per the plan of care.
• Document therapy services according to physician orders when applicable.

The Physical Therapist is responsible for performing patientevaluations, as well as providing and documenting therapy services inaccordance with the plan of care developed for each individual patient andphysician’s orders when applicable.
