Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Clearlake, California. The assignment runs 13 weeks with 40 hours per week and day shifts. Start date is 10/12/2026. Immediate travel opening in Clearlake, CA.

The PT will evaluate and develop a plan of care for a diverse patient population in an acute care setting, supervising PTAs as needed and ensuring compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• 1 year of PT experience required; 6 months acceptable for exceptional candidates.
• BLS certification and state licensure required.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop a plan of care for acute care patients.
• Oversee supervising PTAs and therapy staff.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines.
