Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain. You will develop personalized plans, operate therapy equipment, monitor progress, and document outcomes while collaborating with healthcare teams.

Ideal candidates bring valid state licensure, BLS certification, and strong clinical and communication skills. Flexibility for diverse settings and schedules is essential to provide high-quality patient

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid state license to practice physical therapy.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication with patients, families, and teams.
• Solid critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with diverse staff.
• Physical ability to move equipment and maintain safety protocols.
• Ability to adapt to irregular schedules and settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to determine PT needs and goals.

• Operate and supervise therapy equipment safely and effectively.
