• Providing skilled physical therapy to help patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, promote functional independence, reduce fall risk, support mobility, and facilitate safe discharge planning.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care and achieve measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license.
• BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities.
• Preferred experience with restorative programs, transfers, gait training, activity tolerance in older adults, electronic medical records, and certifications like Geriatric Specialist.
