Travel Physical Therapist (PT) responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing care plans for diverse patient populations in an acute care setting.
Supervise PTAs and support staff, bill within facility guidelines, ensure compliance with state PT board regulations, collaborate with medical personnel to create team-based care plans, assess and modify treatment strategies, evaluate adaptive equipment needs, and utilize electronic medical records for documentation.
Minimum of 6 months experience (1 year preferred), current state licensure, BLS certification, strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for long periods. New graduates encouraged to apply.
May require additional certifications prior to assignment start.
