Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license according to state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and patients.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks and move equipment.
• Proficiency in English, with technical and motor skills for therapy procedures.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions through tests, examinations, and history to identify limitations and treatment needs.
• Create and implement individualized rehabilitation programs to promote recovery and independence.
• Operate and maintain specialized physical therapy equipment safely.
• Monitor patient progress, modify treatment plans as necessary, and document outcomes accurately.
