Job summary

Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. seeks a Travel Home Health Physical Therapist to deliver therapy in patients' homes across assigned areas. You will manage recovery and chronic conditions with a focus on quality care, and may float to nearby agencies as needed.

The role requires a PT degree, WA license or compact, CPR (and BLS may be required), driving license and reliable transportation. Weekdays 8:00am–4:30pm with weekend rotation; mileage is reimbursed and no on-call duties.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation are required. BLS certification may be necessary.

Skills & Duties

Deliver therapy during 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with weekend rotation. Reimbursements cover mileage; productivity minimum is 31 points. No on-call duties involved.
