Job summary

Black Women's Mental Health Institute is seeking a Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist to support patient recovery across multiple sites. You will provide mobility training, transfers, and therapy, while documenting progress in EMR and coordinating with care teams.

Must hold a NJ PT license and a DPT/PP degree with BLS certification; travel experience in SNF settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's/Master's/Doctoral) from an accredited program.
• Active New Jersey PT license.
• BLS certification required.
