Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking a travel Physical Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across diverse settings to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life.

You will develop personalized treatment plans, conduct assessments, apply therapy techniques, operate equipment, document outcomes, and collaborate with healthcare teams while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong clinical and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently under pressure.
• Experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Job description

Role: A travel Physical Therapist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life in various healthcare settings.

• Responsibilities: Develop personalized treatment plans, perform assessments, implement therapy techniques, operate specialized equipment, monitor progress, document outcomes, collaborate with healthcare professionals, educate patients and caregivers, ensure safety, and participate in quality improvement and discharge planning.
• Skills & Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapy license, BLS certification, strong clinical and communication skills, critical thinking, physical dexterity, interpersonal professionalism, and ability to work independently under pressure. Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcomed.
• Key Duties: Conduct patient evaluations, create and adjust treatment plans, operate therapy equipment safely, document interventions, coordinate with medical teams, educate patients, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
