Job summary

Proforma Health is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to evaluate, develop, and execute patient care plans in an acute care setting. You will oversee PTAs and support staff, collaborate with medical teams to modify care plans, and ensure accurate documentation in medical systems.

• Responsibilities: Oversee PTAs and support staff, bill within facility guidelines, ensure compliance with state PT regulations, collaborate with medical personnel to create and modify care plans, evaluate adaptive equipment, and maintain accurate documentation using medical systems.
