Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 14-week assignment in Webster, WI. The position requires 40 hours per week, with dayshift hours and a clinical team to support you.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, diagnosing impairments, designing rehab plans, and applying evidence-based treatment in hospitals or clinics. Licensure and BLS are required; new grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) required.
• New grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and history to identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement treatment plans using evidence-based techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to optimize care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
