Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Marshfield, Wisconsin. The clinician will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized plans, and collaborate with a clinical team across hospitals and clinics to support patient recovery.

Requirements include a valid Wisconsin PT license and BLS certification; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred, with new grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in Wisconsin
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• New grads welcome to apply or Doctorate preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other specialists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Maintain safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control standards.
• Participate in discharge planning for transitions to home or community settings.
• Perform additional duties within scope of practice as assigned.
