Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You’ll evaluate and treat patients, develop rehab plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
• Additional certifications or licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments.
• Implement therapy plans using techniques to improve function and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
