Job summary

Health Wealth Safe, Inc. seeks a Travel Physical Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain. You will develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans, implement therapy techniques, and monitor progress in collaboration with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities include education, safety, and discharging planning while maintaining accurate documentation and quality care. A Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Montana licensure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and operate equipment.
• Proficient documentation, computer skills, and reading comprehension.
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to varied schedules.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients using exams and history to identify treatment needs.
• Create and adjust individualized rehabilitation programs.
• Apply physical therapy techniques and operate equipment.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and self-management.
• Maintain safety protocols and participate in quality improvement.
• Support discharge planning and community reintegration.
