Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in Topeka, Kansas. This 13-week travel position offers 40 hours per week with day shifts in a requested 8-hour schedule.

You will assess referred patients, develop and implement treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet rehab goals. Licensure, NPTE and CPR are required; benefits include housing options and weekly pay.

Qualifications

Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE
Must have graduated from an accredited school.
Minimum one year's experience
Current state license or in process for licensure
Current CPR certification.
Other requirements to be determined by our client facility

Responsibilities

Assess referred patients needing rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
Establish and administer a treatment program with goals based on patient capacity.
Set realistic goals, document patient condition, and educate patients and families.
Develop a plan of care and provide skilled physical therapy services as ordered by physicians.
