TotalMed Allied seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for an immediate travel opening in Sunnyvale, CA. The PT will work 13 weeks at 40 hours per week, with 8-hour rotating shifts, delivering plan of care and coordinating with the medical team.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months to 1 year of experience; 1 year preferred, 6 months considered for exceptional candidates.
• BLS certification and state-specific licensure are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff; bill within the setting following guidelines.
• Understand and apply PT board rules and state regulations; interface with medical center staff.
• Evaluate and modify plan of care; document timely and compliant with guidelines.
